Kai-Wei Teng allowed four earned runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out one over five innings in Thursday’s loss to the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
Teng has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in three of his last five starts. The right-hander remains one of many difficult options to trust in the Astros rotation, carrying a 3-4 record and 8.4 K/9 ratio with a 3.06 ERA and 1.17 WHIP through 19 appearances.
