Martin Perez delivers olid effort in Saturday's win
by Nate Miller | Braves Correspondent | Sat, Jun 13th 7:34pm EDT
Martin Perez was charged with one run on four hits and one walk while striking out four over 5 1/3 innings in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Mets.
Fantasy Impact:
Perez continues to provide stability at the back of the Braves' rotation. The veteran southpaw fired five scoreless frames before being tagged with a run that came around to score after he exited in the sixth inning. Perez is now 5-3 with Saturday's victory, sporting a nice 2.90 ERA and 1.05 WHIP through 62 innings this season.
