Stephen Kolek allowed zero earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out four over 7.1 innings in Sunday's win over the Astros.
Fantasy Impact:
After the win, Kolek now owns a 2.68 ERA and 1.03 WHIP with a 4-1 record through eight starts. He gave up 10 hard-hit balls and got 12 whiffs on 97 pitches. He's gone at least seven innings in two of his last three starts and should stay in the rotation when Seth Lugo and Kris Bubic return. Kolek will get the Cardinals next.
