Gerrit Cole allowed two earned runs on three hits and two walks while striking out six over six innings in Tuesday’s win over the White Sox.

Cole continues a strong stretch on the mound, allowing two earned runs or less in four of five starts. The right-hander remains one of many solid options as part of a deep Yankees rotation for manager Aaron Boone, carrying a 2.57 ERA and 1.00 WHIP with a 2-1 record and 7.7 K/9 ratio through five starts.
