Corey Seager (concussion) officially back with Rangers

Fantasy Impact:
The expectation was that Seager would return to the Rangers' lineup on Thursday, and that has turned out to be the case. The five-time All-Star has been out of action for the last two weeks due to concussion symptoms. Cody Freeman (back) was placed on the IL in a corresponding move.
