Tatsuya Imai allowed five earned runs on four hits and five walks while striking out two over 1 1/3 innings in Wednesday’s loss to the Twins.
Fantasy Impact:
Imai has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in three of his last four contests. The right-hander continues to struggle with inconsistent command despite flashing top-tier stuff at times for manager Joe Espada, posting a 6.14 ERA and 1.47 WHIP with a 2.00 K/BB ratio and a 5-4 record across 12 starts.
