Bryan Baker allowed one hit and no walks while striking out one over a scoreless ninth inning in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the New York Yankees, earning his 24th save of the season.

After retiring the first two batters he faced, Baker allowed a two-out single to Ali Sanchez but stranded him by striking out Trent Grisham to end the game. Baker has been dominant to begin July, allowing just one hit and no runs while striking out three and recording three saves across his first three appearances of the month.
