Payton Tolle allowed four earned runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out nine over 5 2/3 innings in Monday’s win over the Orioles.
Fantasy Impact:
Tolle has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in five of his last eight trips to the mound. The left-hander continues to fight lapses in consistency on the mound for manager Chad Tracy, posting a 3.31 ERA and 1.10 WHIP with a 5-6 record and 9.6 K/9 ratio through 16 starts.
