Luinder Avila posts first quality start of season in win over Giants

Luinder Avila allowed two earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out seven over 6.1 innings in Tuesday's win over the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
After the win, Avila now owns a 4.86 ERA and 1.56 WHIP with a 5-3 record through 10 starts. He allowed four hard hits and picked up 11 whiffs on 87 pitches. It was the first time he's completed six innings, and that likely won't become the norm going forward. His next opportunity comes Sunday at the Tigers.
