With Jesus Sanchez (ankle) returning from the IL, Pinango was optioned back to Triple-A on Friday. The rookie has bounced back and forth between the majors and minors this year. Over 180 plate appearances for the Blue Jays, Pinango has posted a .702 OPS with five homers and eight doubles.
