Tomoyuki Sugano allowed one earned run on five hits while striking out two over 6 2/3 innings in Friday's 3-1 win over the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Sugano has offered mixed results on the mound of late, allowing three earned runs or more in four of his last eight contests. The right-hander offers manager Warren Schaeffer one of the more stable arms as part of an underwhelming Rockies rotation, carrying a 4.47 ERA and 1.26 WHIP to go with an 11-4 record and .814 OPS allowed across 19 starts.
