Carter Holton dealt to Royals

The Braves have traded left-handed pitching prospect Carter Holton to the Royals as part of a four-player deal on Saturday. (Mark Feinsand on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Holton, along with fellow pitching prospect Lucas Braun, were traded to the Royals in exchange for veteran outfielder Lane Thomas and left-hander Bailey Falter. Holton, 23, was a second-round pick by the Braves in 2024, and has posted a 4.32 ERA in 10 appearances (eight starts) between the Complex League and Single-A this season.
