Kyle Freeland allowed one earned run on five hits and two walks while striking out eight over nine innings in a win over the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Freeland continues an underwhelming stretch on the mound, allowing four earned runs or more in five of his last seven contests. The left-hander remains another dismal option in the Rockies rotation for manager Warren Schaeffer, posting a 6.81 ERA and 1.49 WHIP with a 3-10 record and .880 OPS allowed through 20 starts.
