Fantasy Impact:
Smith will head to Canada, and left-hander Adam Macko will join the Rangers in return. Smith has been up and down from the MLB level and Triple-A throughout the summer and is currently slashing .213/.299/.272 with one homer and eight RBI in 136 at-bats for the Rangers this season.
