Max Scherzer allowed one earned run on four hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Scherzer has settled down of late, allowing less than two earned runs in each of his last two trips to the mound. The right-hander remains one of many disappointing arms in the Blue Jays rotation to this point, posting a 7.92 ERA and 1.63 WHIP with a 1-4 record and .901 OPS allowed through eight starts.
