Fantasy Impact:
Marquez was released by the Padres just last week, so it did not take him very long to find a new employer. The Twins will take a chance on the veteran righty with a minor-league pact. Marquez made 13 appearances (10 starts) with the Padres this season, posting a 5.26 ERA, 1.49 WHIP, and 37-24 K/BB ratio across 53 innings.
