Jesus Luzardo allowed four runs on six hits and one walk while striking out nine across 5 2/3 innings in Friday's 7-6 win over the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
The Phillies walked this one off in the 10th inning, so Luzardo was well removed from the final decision. The All-Star lefty piled up nine-plus strikeouts for the third consecutive outing, but a couple of homers had the Phillies trailing 4-3 when Luzardo exited. Luzardo has put together an excellent season, currently ranking fourth in MLB with 194 strikeouts alongside a 3.35 ERA through 26 starts.
