Sean Manaea allowed six runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out three across 5.2 innings in Thursday's 8-2 loss against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Fantasy Impact:
Manaea struggled in this one, giving up four runs over the first two innings before allowing another run in the fifth and sixth innings. He gave up one long ball in the contest, a two-run shot to Jackson Chourio in the second inning. He finished August with a 4.94 ERA and 1.26 WHIP, along with 32 strikeouts across 31 innings. His next scheduled start is on Tuesday against the Tampa Bay Rays.
