Aybar went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in the Tigers 10-5 win against the Red Sox.

He has been seing the bulk of the playing time at shortstop and went 5-for-16 with three runs scored in the four-game series versus Boston. He will likely see his playing time reduced soon with starting shortstop Jose Iglesias beginning a rehab stint Monday.
