Former Phillies catcher Carlos Ruiz and cash have been traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers for catcher A.J. Ellis, RHP Tommy Bergjans and a player to be named later. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Carlos Ruiz has similar tools to Ellis and view their leadership style to be very similar. Neither catcher should have much fantasy relevance but Ruiz is worth looking at if you are desperate.
