Wilson attended spring training as a non-roster invitee, but the Tigers ultimately decided to move on from him. He owned a 9.53 ERA, 2.12 WHIP and a 13:9 K:BB across 11 1/3 innings for the Brewers in 2019. Wilson will look to latch onto another team when spring training 2.0 starts in July.

It was a bit shaky for Wilson, as a nice play from Orlando Arcia at shortstop preserved the lead, but Wilson was able to slam the door shut for his fifth career save. He was only pitching because Josh Hader was unavailable after pitching on back-to-back days, but we now know that Wilson is next in line for saves after Hader while Jeremy Jeffress is out.

Milwaukee needed bullpen help after injuries to Corey Knebel (elbow) and Jeremy Jeffress (shoulder). Wilson owns a career 3.23 ERA and 1.19 WHIP, but his meager 5.98 K/9 over six seasons means he's probably not cut out for the ninth inning. Wilson will likely serve in a middle relief or set up role for Milwaukee and have minimal fantasy value outside of holds leagues.

After further evaluation, it was determined that Wilson suffered a left plantar fascia strain during Monday's game against the Rangers. Norris has since been placed on the 10-day disabled list.

Wilson limped off the field after covering first base on a play to end the sixth inning. The injury to his foot should not keep him out for too long. Wilson is a good player to have in a holds league but fantasy owners can move on now that he is hurt.
