Brandon Lowe went 1-for-4 with a home run and three RBI during Saturday's 8-7 win over the Dodgers in Game 4 of the World Series.
Lowe belted a three-run shot off Pedro Baez in the sixth inning to give the Rays a 5-4 win. It was the first lead change of the World Series and fifth career post season long ball. Lowe has struggled most of the post season, hitting .130 (9-for-69) with four home runs, eight RBI and seven runs scored over 18 games.

Despite the 26-year-old's impressive performance, Lowe has struggled most of this postseason. The Rays second baseman is hitting .131 (8-for-61) with three home runs, five RBI and six runs scored over 15 games.

Lowe has struggled mightily this postseason, hitting .089 (4-for-45). The 26-year-old finally broke out of his slump with a solo shot off Blake Taylor in the third inning. He sat Game 4 but led off and played second base in Thursday's loss. Lowe will look to build on his game 5 performance on Friday when the Rays take on the Astros for Game 6.

Lowe took a seat in Game 4 as he has been struggling at the plate this postseason. He's known to be streaky as a hitter, so hopefully for the Rays yesterday's off day can get him back on track.

It's fitting that Lowe played a role in the clinching game. The 26-year-old was a legitimate AL MVP candidate for much of the season's first half. He eventually cooled a bit as all streaky hitters do, but overall he remained Tampa Bay's best hitter for the year. Lowe is hitting .274 with 11 homers and a .933 OPS with just a few games left in the 2020 campaign.
