Meyers has had a rough time in Houston this year, hitting just .209 in 149 plate appearances. Meyers hit just one home run this season after hitting six in 163 plate appearances last season. Ending the season in Triple-A could be good reset for Meyers heading into 2023.

The 26-year-old offers little for fantasy managers currently, hitting .258 with nine runs scored, one home run, and 10 runs batted in through 19 games this season.

Meyers enjoyed a successful 2021 season in which he slashed .343/.408/.598 in Triple-A with 16 home runs and ten stolen bases. He debuted with the Astros and hit six home runs and stole three bases in 163 plate appearances with a .260/.323/.438 slash line. When healthy, Meyers is likely to be the Astros everyday center fielder with solid power and speed upside.
