Josh Naylor was placed on the COVID-19 IL on Friday. Richie Palacios was recalled from Triple-A to take Naylor's place on the roster.
The Guardians are dealing with a significant COVID-19 outbreak which led to the cancellation of their game against the White Sox on Thursday.
