Kendrys Morales posts another 0 for game

Kendrys Morales went 0 for 4 in Toronto's 10-5 loss against the A's Thursday. He now has just 2 hits in his past 10 games and is batting .146 on the season with a .499 OPS.

Fantasy Impact

Morales shouldn't be owned in any leagues at this point. It seems probable that he will lose his job any day now.

Kendrys Morales continues to struggle mightily at the plate

Kendrys Morales went 0-for-3 during the Blue Jays' loss to the Mariners on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact

The veteran switch-hitter is now in the midst of an absolutely brutal 1-for-28 slump and he is sporting a putrid .148/.239/.272 batting line on the year. Morales' batting statistics are among the worst in the entire league and it hard to imagine him serving as the team's primary designated hitter for much longer. Expect the Jays to evaluate alternative DH options in the near future and someone could eventually become fantasy relevant if they seize the opportunity.

Kendrys Morales goes 0-for-4 against Tampa Bay

Kendrys Morales went 0-for-4 during the Blue Jays' 2-1 win over the Rays.

Fantasy Impact

Morales is in a brutal slump and he is now just 1-for-26 since his two home run outburst on May 1st. The 35-year-old does not have much left in the tank at this stage in his career and he will find himself a spot on the bench soon if his .152/.236/.278 batting line does not improve in a hurry. The veteran switch-hitter should remain on waivers in all league formats.

Kendrys Morales has a huge game against the Twins

Kendrys Morales went 3-for-3 during the Blue Jays' 7-4 win over the Twins, registering two solo home runs, a single, a stolen base, and two walks.

Fantasy Impact

The veteran designated hitter was absolutely locked in on Tuesday night as he swatted two home runs, reached base safely in all five plate appearances, and somehow even stole a base. While this performance was extremely impressive, it is probably a safe bet that this will be Morales' best single game stat line of the year. Even with this one game outburst, the 35 year old switch hitter is still sporting a lowly .208/.317/.396 batting line. Morales should probably remain on waivers in most leagues but he is, however, someone to consider as a streamer or DFS play when he gets the starting nod against right handed pitchers.

Kendrys Morales finishes 0-for-3 on Monday

Kendrys Morales went 0-for-3 at the plate with two walks and struck out once against the Twins on Monday.

Fantasy Impact

Morales is in a 0-for-16 slump over his last seven games. The 34-year-old designated hitter has not hit well this year hitting .160 with one home run over 17 games. Morales can be dropped in most fantasy leagues.
