He had his best season in 2019 when he batted .315 with 25 home runs and 79 RBI with the White Sox. However, in the last four years, Moncada has averaged only 73 games played and has totaled 35 home runs. Although he strikes out quite a bit as evidenced by a career 28.9% K rate, Moncada still has decent power in his bat and would be an offensive upgrade at third base with the Angels, Pirates, and White Sox in particular. If he lands a starting gig and if he can stay healthy, Moncada still has the potential to reach 20-25 home runs.
