David Fry had his rehab assignment transferred to Double-A Akron on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
After undergoing UCL surgery on his right elbow in November, Fry isn’t expected to play the field this season but will be available as a designated hitter. Despite going 0-for-8 with two walks in the Arizona Complex League, his rehab assignment has been moved to Double-A Akron. He’s eligible to return from the IL in late May.
