Luke Voit (knee) expected to play in 5-6 games in a week span, per Boone
New York Yankees' first baseman Luke Voit (knee) is expected to play between 5-6 games in the next 7-8 days as he begins his rehab assignment with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, according to manager Aaron Boone.
Voit has been on the injured list since the start of the year after undergoing surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus in his left knee. He's on track to return to the Yankees sometime this month but that depends on his rehab assignment goes.
