Bobby Portis scores 20 points in loss to the 76ers

Bobby Portis saw plenty of opportunities in the Bulls' first game of the season. He played 33 minutes and scored 20 points. Portis grabbed 11 rebounds for a double-double to open the year too. He shot 3-for-6 behind the three-point line and added two assists, a steal and a block to his stat sheet.

Fantasy Impact:

Portis is going to see a large number of minutes to start the year with Lauri Markkanen sidelined with an elbow injury. This could be his chance to show he deserves to start regularly. He definitely holds some value in all formats until Markkanen returns in a couple months. Start him with confidence as a value option in DFS right now too.
