Wendell Carter Jr. scores eight in loss to Thunder

Wendell Carter Jr. scored eight points on 4-for-8 shooting in Monday night's 121-96 loss to the Thunder. He added four rebounds, one assist and two blocks to his stat line over 19 minutes of action. It's now been seven games since the rookie has scored in double-figures.
Fantasy Impact:
Carter Jr. has shown flashes of brilliance early this season when Bobby Portis and Lauri Markkanen were missing time due to injury. Since they've both returned Carter Jr. has seen his role dramatically decrease to a role player type. He did draw the start Monday night, but logged just 19 minutes. At the moment and unless injury hits the Bulls mainstays again Carter Jr. doesn't need fantasy consideration.
