Butler Junior Forward Jordan Butler is remaining in the 2020 NBA Draft and will not return to Butler, per his Twitter account. (Jon Rothstein on Twitter)
Butler was a late addition to a loaded Duke recruiting class in 2017. When the minutes weren’t there for him his Freshman year at Duke, he decided to transfer to Butler. He played two seasons for the Bulldogs, and in his Junior year he averaged 8.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. While his numbers don’t jump off the page, he’s a great defender with an all-around game that includes the ability to shoot the three ball. He has a wide range of outcomes in the Draft, from anywhere in the late-first round to the late second-round to potentially going undrafted. Keep an eye on the Butler Forward as we get closer to the draft process.
