Ben Simmons comes close to triple-double, scores 14 points in loss

by Ray Paltooram | Nets Correspondent | Sun, Jul 26th 6:47pm EDT

Ben Simmons came close to logging a triple-double, scoring 14 points (5-10 FG, 4-7 FT), grabbing 11 rebounds, and dishing out nine assists to go along with one steal in 26 minutes of action in Sunday’s 102-97 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Fantasy Impact:

Simmons also flirted with a triple-double on Friday night, which is a good sign moving forward. Also, his usage and shooting percentage improved. Conversely, Simmons did turn the rock over five times, which is never a good look. Keep him locked into your DFS lineups as we inch closer to the NBA season restarting on July 31st.
