Dennis Smith Jr. scored 14 points (5-8 FG, 0-2 3P, 4-6 FT), with four rebounds and three assists in Charlotte's 119-113 loss to the Magic on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
The good news is Smith Jr. has seen steady minutes off the bench for the Hornets since returning from injury in January and was their most productive bench player on Sunday. The bad news is that he isn't seeing enough work to make him worth rostering. But with the trade deadline coming up, there may be hope for his fantasy value. Charlotte is at the bottom of the league and it would not be a surprise if they send off some pieces for to help them rebuild. A spot could open up for Smith Jr. in the starting lineup if Charlotte makes any moves.
