Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 13 points (4-8 FG, 3-6 3P, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, and five assists in the Nuggets' 128-120 loss to the Spurs on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
It was Caldwell-Pope's first double-digit scoring night since February. His minutes have remained steady, so his drop in production was not because of a lack of opportunity. His lack of scoring is mainly due to a decline in shooting efficiency. He averaged a 48% FG shooting percentage in the first two months of 2023. That number has fallen to a 35% mark in March. While it's unlikely managers were relying on KCP on a consistent basis, in deeper formats fantasy players must hope that he returns to his beginning of 2023 form.
