Ja Morant suspended from team activities

Ja Morant has been suspended from all team activities after brandishing a firearm in a recent social media video. This is a seperate incident from what happened earlier in the year with Morant. (Shams Charania on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is the second time Ja Morant has gotten himself into trouble with firearms in the last couple of months. The first time around Morant sought help at a counseling facility and received an eight-game suspension from the NBA. This time the Grizzlies have imposed their own suspension of their young star. It’s unknown what kind of actions the NBA will impose for this second offense, but a lengthy suspension could very easily be in the cards.
