Jones saw his playing time skyrocket during the last season, going from 17 minutes per game up to 29 in 2022-23. He grew as a playmaker and scorer, averaging 12.9 points and 6.6 assists per game for the Spurs. He will be a valuable part of a young team featuring NBA 2023 top-overall pick Victor Wembanyama.
