Otto Porter Jr. has been ruled out for Tuesday's and most definitely Wednesday's game as well. (Source: NBA.com)

Fantasy Impact: Porter is expected to be back in Chicago next season as he's owed over $27 million. Porter played just 56 games this season with the Wizards and Bulls but averaged 17.5 points per game with the Bulls. He will be a solid mid-range pick in re-draft leagues.

Fantasy Impact: It's the first game of a back-to-back set and LaVine is expected to be out again on Wednesday ending his season. Shaq Harrison and Wayne Selden will be DFS viable on Tuesday and Wednesday.

JaKarr Sampson came off the bench to score 29 points on 11-of-17 shooting. In 35 minutes, he added eight rebounds, an assist, and two blocks during the loss to the Sixers.

Fantasy Impact: Sampson has averaged 23.0 points and 8.0 rebounds in his three games played this month. He has short-term fantasy value for the Bulls last two games of the season.

Walter Lemon Jr. had 24 points on 11-of-16 shooting in Wednesday's 115-114 win over the Wizards. He added three rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 29 minutes of action.

Fantasy Impact: Lemon has posted two strong games over his last three outings as he has joined the starting lineup to play out the year for the Bulls. He has some fantasy and DFS appeal down the stretch with the Bulls looking toward next season.

Kris Dunn (back) did not participate in shootaround on Wednesday and will not play on Wednesday against the Wiz. (Source: KC Johnson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Dunn has been out for a bit and is another one of those guys with a nagging injury that Chicago might as well hold out. Dunn likely won't see the court again this season. Ryan Arcidiacono will continue to see added run in Dunn's absence.

Robin Lopez had 29 points, seven rebounds, and two assists on Monday against the Knicks. In 30 minutes, he shot 12-of-18 from the field and 5-of-8 from the line in the loss.

Fantasy Impact: With most of the Bulls starting unit getting held out down the stretch, Lopez excelled on Monday with a season-high 29 points. He could have a couple more big games as the Bulls wind down the season with their backups getting a look.

Shaquille Harrison put in 21 points, 10 rebounds, two dimes and two steals in 30 minutes of floor time against Portland.

Fantasy Impact: Harrison has been getting hot down the stretch here, putting up 14.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.0 dimes, 2.0 steals and 0.7 blocks on 47 percent shooting from the field over the past week. He only plays once more this week but he could be a look for next week if your league is still going.

Wayne Selden Jr. put in 11 points, 12 rebounds, four dimes and a steal in 34 minutes of game action on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Selden posted his first double-double of the campaign after tying his season-high with 20 points the previous game. Wait and see if Selden can put up another solid performance before adding him though.

Lauri Markkanen will not play on Wednesday versus Portland due to an illness. Otto Porter, Kris Dunn, and Zach LaVine are also out, so Brandon Sampson will get the start. (Source: jamie Hudson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Sampson is worth a look in daily with the entire starting lineup for the Bulls out on Wednesday. Shaq Harrison, Chandler Hutchinson, and Ryan Arcidiacono all get a solid boost for this one.

Ryan Arcidiacono got another start on Tuesday with Zach LaVine (knee) out. He produced 14 points, four rebounds, and six assists in 32 minutes while shooting 5-of-8 from the field with two three-pointers.

Fantasy Impact: With question marks surrounding LaVine's status going forward, Arcidiacono should continue to get some starts and extra playing time at least in the short term. He doesn't put up big fantasy production but he could be worth a look in deep leagues.

Cristiano Felicio played 15 minutes on Friday against the Nets and scored five points with four rebounds. He shot 1-of-4 from the field and 3-of-4 from the line in the 125-106 win.

Fantasy Impact: Felicio has seen an increase in his playing time over the last three games with at least 12 minutes per game. He should continue to get some run with Bobby Portis out of town but his fantasy output is still limited with just 5.0 points and 3.3 rebounds per game in his last three outings.

Bobby Portis will join Jabari Parker in heading to DC in a deal that shipped Otto Porter Jr. to the Windy City. (Source: Shams Charania on The Athletic)

Fantasy Impact: This transaction won't affect Portis' overall fantasy value much as it's likely he'll play a similar role in DC as he did in Chicago. And who knows, if the Wiz decide to move more bodies, maybe Portis could start seeing minutes in the 30s?

Jabari Parker has been dealt to the Wizards as part of a package for Otto Porter Jr., per Shams Charania. (Source: Shams Charania on The Athletic)

Fantasy Impact: Parker will gain value in this move as he lands in an offensively-challenged rotation that fits his strengths. His defence won't be such a sore spot in DC but he is still the same player: he's two-dimensional and won't give you much else other than points and boards. He's worth a look for a desperate team or a roster with an open spot though.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot will be traded to the Bulls, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. (Source: Shams Charania on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Thunder were looking to dump salary to get closer to the luxury cap which is why they traded Luwawu-Cabarrot to the Bulls. The fourth-year player should get a shot with the team and will be worth adding in deeper fantasy leagues.

Carmelo Anthony is expected to be waived by the Bulls, per Woj. (Source: Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: This was always how it was going to go down for Melo in Chicago. After the trade deadline he'll become a free agent and the rumour is that the Lakers could be a frontrunner to pick him up.

Chandler Hutchinson will be out a few weeks due to a big right toe injury. With Justin Holiday now in Memphis and Denzel Valentine out, Jabari Parker will be in line for more minutes. (Source: KC Johnson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Bulls are very thin at the three with all of these injuries and Carmelo Anthony will not be playing. Parker isn't an appealing fantasy option as the team continues to look for a trade. Wayne Selden and Lauri Markannen both get a boost.

Wendell Carter Jr. (thumb) underwent successful surgery on his thumb on Monday. (Source: Sean Highkin on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Carter is now confirmed out at least two months if not three. He can safely be dropped in all leagues while Bobby Portis and Jabari Parker should be solid pickups.

MarShon Brooks will be waived by the Bulls. (Source: KC Johnson on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Brooks is off the fantasy radar and will look to sign on with another team or play overseas.

Antonio Blakeney scored 13 points with three rebounds and two steals in the Bulls' 119-116 loss against the Pacers.

Fantasy Impact: Antoinio was the leading scorer for the second unit as usual. He is a good salary relief for DFS purposes.

The Bulls will waive G Cameron Payne in order make room for G's Wayne Selden and MarShon Brooks after the Justin Holiday trade with Memphis. (Source: Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Payne will look to sign on with another team but after this disappointing stint with Chicago, it may be hard to find a new home right away. Ryan Arcidiacono benefits the most with this news.
