There's been a lot of questions about whether or not Lillard wants to stay in Portland while they go through a rebuild, but now, that question has been answered. He has officially requested a trade from the franchise, and all signs point to them accommodating that. He will be an elite fantasy contributor wherever he lands, but his presence will have a significant fantasy impact on everyone else on the depth chart for his new team, whoever that may end up being.
