Fantasy Impact:
White will take over Marcus Smart's role as the Celtics starting point guard. White has shown flashes of huge scoring upside since he was traded from the Spurs to Boston, especially in games where he saw spot starts. The opportunity he might see is in question with Jayson Tatum and Jalen Brown still taking a lot of shots, and the recently acquired Kristaps Porzingis likely commanding a significant role as well as a scorer. White should still command a bigger role this upcoming season as a starter compared to last year off the bench nonetheless.
