The Blazers have been looking to trade Lillard all offseason, and now they'll get a surprise deal done with the Bucks with just a little under a month until the season starts. The Miami Heat have been the odds-on favorite to land the star guard all offseason, but the Bucks were able to offer a strong deal along with the Suns as a third team that includes sending Jrue Holiday, Deandre Ayton, and picks to the Blazers. Lillard joins Giannis Antetokounmpo to form arguably the best duo in basketball, and both of them should benefit from his presence on this offense from a fantasy perspective.
