Bullock and the Spurs recently agreed to a contract buyout, and he's expected to sign a new deal with the Rockets when he clears waivers. He drew interest from several teams but will ultimately end up in Houston on a contract that is unknown as of now. Adding him to the team will help the Rockets account for the loss of Kevin Porter Jr., who won't be returning to the team this year.
