Myles Turner posts double-double in Friday's win over Pistons

Myles Turner posted a double-double for the Pacers Friday, grabbing 10 rebounds and scoring 23 points (8-14 FG, 1-3 3PT, 6-6 FT) while also blocking five shots, recording one steal, and dishing out two assists in a 136-113 win over the Pistons.
Fantasy Impact:
Turner has been mostly steady on the floor of late, scoring at least 11 points and grabbing at least eight rebounds in each of his last three games for the Pacers. The center continues to work on remaining a strong option for fantasy managers on a nightly basis, averaging 17.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks per game to go along with a usage rate of 23.7% so far this season.
