Jalen Brunson totaled 42 points (13-24 FG, 7-12 3PT, 9-10 FT), six rebounds, eight assists, and one steal in the Knicks’ 118-112 win over the Pistons.

Fantasy Impact:

Bruson went off for 42.0 points in the Knicks’ win over the Pistons, nearly triple-doubling in the process as he had a healthy 6.0 rebounds and 8.0 assists. He is having a solid season and has successfully demonstrated his value and upside as a multi-categorical contributor. Brunson is a borderline elite must-start asset in most season-long leagues. Although his production has a bit of a sporadic nature, which could limit his appeal in daily formats, he still warrants consideration when the Knicks are on the slate. Brunson has a usage rate of 26.5 percent, a plus-minus of 4.8, and is averaging 35.5 minutes, 25.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.1 blocks per game while shooting 46.9 percent from the floor and 48.0 percent from beyond the arc.
