Eastern Atlantic

Knicks forward RJ Barrett scored 15 points (6-11 FG) while also grabbing seven rebounds Saturday night as the Knicks beat the Hawks 99-90.

Fantasy Impact: Barrett continues to work being more consistent on the offensive end for the Knicks. He led the Knicks with an offensive rating of 124.6 on Saturday night and should continue to be rostered and started in most fantasy formats.

Knicks guard Evan Fournier hit four three-pointer for the Knicks on his way to finishing with 20 points as the Knicks beat the Hawks 99-90.

Fantasy Impact: Fournier will continue to live and die by how efficient he is from the field and three-point range for the Knicks. With a modest usage rate of 19.7% for the Knicks this season, Fournier is a streaky shooter and streaky option in your fantasy lineups.

Knicks forward Julius Randle grabbed 11 rebounds while scoring just eight points (3-14 FG, 0-3 3PT) as the Knicks beat the Hawks 99-90.

Fantasy Impact: Randle had a quiet night from the field but was able to make up for it cleaning up the glass in Atlanta. With a usage rate of 27.0% in 35 minutes per game this season, Randle just needs to hit more shots and will do exactly that on most nights for the Knicks.

Knicks guard Alec Burks lead the Knicks in scoring Saturday night, scoring 23 points (7-17 FG, 4-7 3PT) and grabbing seven rebounds as the Knicks beat the Hawks 99-90.

Fantasy Impact: Burks was able to make the most of the opportunity he received with guards Kemba Walker and Derrick Rose both sitting out Saturday night for New York. Burks is averaging 10.5 points per game this season for the Knicks. Just do not plan on him playing 40 minutes every night when the Knicks are at full health.

Fantasy Impact: Noel played a major role off of the Knicks bench on Friday night in a blowout loss to the Suns, finishing with six points and six rebounds in 18 minutes. With Taj Gibson (groin) also missing Saturday’s game against the Hawks, expect forward Obi Toppin to play a big role in the Knicks rotation on Saturday night.

Fantasy Impact: Gibson will miss his fifth consecutive game for the Knicks. An important rotational player, Gibson will be joined by center Nerlens Noel (right knee) on the bench Saturday. Obi Toppin should see a larger workload against the Hawks on Saturday, meaning he could be worth a spot start in standard or DFS formats.

Knicks guard Derrick Rose (ankle) will sit out again on Saturday when the Knicks take on the Atlanta Hawks. (Source: Tommy Beer on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Rose will miss his third game of the season on Saturday. Joining Rose tonight on the bench will be fellow guard Kemba Walker (rest), meaning reserve guard Immanuel Quickley will get a ton of minutes and every opportunity to showcase his offensive explosiveness.

Fantasy Impact: Walker will get the night off for the Knicks after playing 23 minutes in a blowout loss to the Suns Friday night. With fellow Knicks guard Derrick Rose (ankle) also out Saturday, expect reserve guard Immanuel Quickley to see a large increase in minutes, making him worth a flier in DFS or if you are ravaged by injuries at your guard positions.

Mitchell Robinson will remain sidelined on Tuesday against the Lakers. (Source: NY Knicks PR on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: This is the second straight game Robinson will miss. With Taj Gibson (groin) listed as doubtful, Nerlens Noel and Obi Toppin should continue to see more playing time.

Reggie Bullock scored 15 points (5-8 FG, 4-7 3PT, 1-2 FT) to go along with four rebounds, one assist and one steal in the Knicks game two win Wednesday over Atlanta.

Elfrid Payton managed zero points (0-4 FG), four rebounds, and one assist across 14 minutes during Sunday’s 96-92 win over the Celtics.

Fantasy Impact: Payton was the Knicks starting point guard in 2020-21 but was outplayed by veteran Derrick Rose and rookie Immanuel Quickley. He finished the season poorly, failing to score double figures in his last seven games. Payton’s role in the rotation was drastically reduced as the season wore on and he continued to lose playing time to Rose and Quickley. Payton finishes the 2020-21 campaign averaging 10.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.4 triples across 23.6 minutes.
