D'Angelo Russell signs two-year deal with Mavericks

D'Angelo Russell has agreed on a two-year, $13 million deal with the Dallas Mavericks. (Shams Charania on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Russell heads to Dallas after finishing last season back in Brooklyn. He should start at point guard the first half of the season for the Mavericks until Kyrie Irving is healthy which will boost his fantasy value playing alongside Anthony Davis and Cooper Flagg.
