Richard, the 56th overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, will get a long-term contract before ever playing a regular-season game. He played 40 games in his senior season for the Florida Gators, averaging 13.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.9 assists, while shooting 48.7% from the field and 35.9% from three-point range. While he may face an uphill battle for playing time, he is expected to see plenty of action in the G League and appears to be a part of the Warriors' long-term plans, given the four-year deal.
