Dylan Harper (thumb) to make preseason debut Friday

Fantasy Impact:
Harper underwent surgery in September to repair a partially torn ligament in his left thumb. He’s been limited throughout training camp and is expected to see restricted minutes on Friday as he continues to ramp up his activity. With De’Aaron Fox (hamstring) likely sidelined to begin the regular season, Harper could see meaningful minutes early in his rookie campaign.
