Khris Middleton struggles in overtime loss

Middleton posted six points (3-10 FG, 0-3 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and three steals across 26 minutes during Monday’s 137-135 overtime loss to the Pistons. The veteran forward returned from a one-game absence but continued to struggle offensively, scoring just 22 total points over his last four appearances.

Middleton’s production has been limited early in the season, and the Wizards appear to be managing his workload cautiously. His recent scoring struggles and inconsistent availability have reduced his offensive role to start the 2025-26 campaign.
