Khris Middleton scored 23 points (8-25 FG, 2-9 3PT, 5-6 3PT) to go along with seven rebounds, six assists, one steal, and six turnovers in 41 minutes as Bucks are eliminated from the playoffs.
Middleton did his best to put the team on his back down Giannis Antetokounmpo due to the ankle injury. His shot however was not falling, shooting just 8-of-25 from the field. He also committed six turnovers and fouled out late in the game. That'll do it for the Bucks, who come up short once again in the playoffs.
Khris Middleton flirted with a triple-double in Game 4, scoring 36 points (12-28 FG, 3-7 3PT, 9-9 FT) with eight rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and four turnovers in 47 minutes in a 118-115 OT win over the Heat.
Middleton put the team on his back after Giannis Antetokounmpo left the game early with a severely sprained right ankle. This was one of his most dominant performances thus far in the playoffs, and he could be asked to shoulder the load in Game 5 Tuesday as well if Antetokounmpo is unable to go in that one.
Khris Middleton scored 18 points (7-16 FG, 2-6 3PT, 2-2 FT) along with seven assists, three rebounds, two steals, and one block across 36 minutes in a 115-100 Game 3 loss to the Heat.
Middleton has been one of the lone bright spots for the Bucks, through three games, averaging 23.0 points, 6.7 assists, and 5.0 rebounds while shooting 44% from the field. However, he and Antetokounmpo continue to be the main guys stepping up but aren't getting much support from their teammates. Middleton is doing a fine job from a fantasy perspective, putting up 41.1 points in FD and 39.25 in DK, which was top-10 for Friday's two-game slate. Expect Middleton to be more aggressive in Game 4 on Sunday with the Bucks on the brink of elimination.
Khris Middleton scored 23 points (6-15 FG, 11-12 FT) with six rebounds, eight assists, and three turnovers as the Bucks lose a close one to the Heat in Game 2.
Middleton was aggressive in Game 2, getting to the charity stripe 12 times. He finished the game with a +/- of +18 despite the two-point loss. He's been one of the more consistent players for the Bucks through the first two games against the Heat, and he'll look to continue stuffing the stat sheet in Game 3. Hopefully Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo can make this a series starting with Game 3 on Friday.
Khris Middleton put up 28 points (12-24 FG, 4-8 3PT), six rebounds, five assists, and two steals over 37 minutes of play Monday night.
Middleton led the team in scoring despite failing to get to the free-throw line. The 28 points were his highest of the playoffs so far. He'll look to stay hot from the field Wednesday in Game 2.
