Kris Middleton undergoes wrist surgery

Middleton had surgery to repair a torn ligament in his wrist in early July. This injury dates back to March and is not the same injury that kept him out of the Bucks playoff run, which was an MCL sprain.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton is expected back by the beginning of the regular season. Hopefully he is able to heal fully and have some ramp up time before the season. If that’s the case, fantasy players shouldn’t expect a drop off in his production outside of the first couple of games.

Khris Middleton (knee) to miss entire second round

Khris Middleton is expected to miss the entire second-round series against the Celtics, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton sustained a sprained MCL in Game 2 against the Bulls and now is expected to miss the Bucks' entire series against the Celtics. While he's been out, Grayson Allen has stepped up, and he should continue to have an increased role going forward.

Khris Middleton will miss the rest of Round 1

Khris Middleton will miss the rest of the Round 1 series against the Chicago Bulls with an MCL sprain in his left knee.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton will be re-evaluated in two weeks, serving as a crushing loss for the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, Brook Lopez, and Bobby Portis will be expected to shoulder the load, while Middleton gets healthy. If the Bucks should advance, Middleton's status will be something worth monitoring entering Round 2.

Khris Middleton suffers sprained MCL

Khris Middleton suffered a sprained MCL in the Bucks Game 2 loss on Wednesday against the Bulls.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton departed Wednesday's game against Chicago in the final quarter. There will just be one day of rest for each team until the next game in Chicago, so it sounds like Middleton's status might be in doubt.

Khris Middleton (wrist) out Sunday vs. Cavs

According to the NBA Injury Report, Khris Middleton (wrist) has been ruled out Sunday vs. the Cavs.

Fantasy Impact

The Bucks are dealing with a slew of injuries Sunday, with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, Bobby Portis Jr. Grayson Allen, Serge Ibaka, and George Hill have all being ruled out. The team will likely run a short 8-man rotation that should see Lindell Wigginton, Rayjon Tucker, and Thanasis Antetokounmpo all receive 25 or more minutes while Jrue Holiday will see massive usage as an auto chalky DFS option.
