Khris Middleton scores 18 points in preseason tilt Thursday night

Khris Middleton scored 18 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field Thursday night as the Bucks topped the T-Wolves 118-96. He also contributed four rebounds, seven assists, and one steal in 28 minutes of play.

Fantasy Impact

It was a solid performance for Middleton, who is coming off of his first career All-Star appearance last season. He will be startable in all fantasy formats as the number two scoring option on a Milwaukee team that led the NBA in points per game last season.

Khris Middleton declines his player option

Khris Middleton is declining his $13 million player option. He is expected to command either a five-year max from the Bucks or a four-year max from another team on the open market.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton's fantasy relevance next year hinges on if he stays with the Bucks or if he leaves for a new team. He has the opportunity for more fantasy output if he signs with a team that has a less solidified lineup than the Bucks. If he re-signs, he should put up similar numbers from last season.

Khris Middleton’s “guaranteed win” comment falls flat Tuesday night

Prior to Tuesday nights game vs. the Toronto Raptors, Khris Middleton was quoted saying the Bucks were guaranteed to win game-four of the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Final. Middleton and the Bucks ended up losing 120-102, and were never able to make a strong push at any point of the game. Khris Middleton had a fantastic game for the Bucks, scoring 30 points to go along with six rebounds and seven assists.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton shot an impressive 11 for 15 from the field and was the most dangerous threat for the Bucks on Tuesday night. He clearly has the confidence in his both his own game and his teammates, but he needed a better effort from the group to get the job done on Tuesday. Middleton is a must-start player in all formats.

Khris Middleton shines with 24 points in another easy win against Pistons

Khris Middleton played a big role in the Bucks' stomping of the Pistons on Wednesday. He was 7-of-15 from the field, scored 24 points, and dished out a team-high 8 assists.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton has scored the ball well all year (18.3 ppg), so the 24 points wasn't all too shocking to see, but his eight assists was a nice surprise! The Bucks all star sharp shooter has only had to log 29 minutes per game in the two games this series, but maybe the next two games in Detroit will result in a better matchup, and minutes, for Middleton.

Khris Middleton scores 22 points in Bucks win

Khris Middleton had 22 points on 7-of-18 shooting Thursday night against the Sixers. In 25 minutes, he made three three-pointers and added three rebounds, four assists, and two steals in the 128-122 win.

Fantasy Impact

Middleton missed the previous two games with a groin injury but was able to return to the court on Thursday. With the Bucks clinching the top seed and homecourt, Middleton and the rest of the Bucks starters could get more rest during their last three games.
