Fantasy Impact:
Beal met with multiple doctors and specialists over the past few days, and he and the Los Angeles Clippers medical staff decided that undergoing surgery is the best path for a full recovery. He is expected to be sidelined for six to nine months. Beal appeared in just six games this season, averaging 8.2 points and 1.7 assists in 20.2 minutes per game. Kris Dunn and Cam Christie are expected to see an expanded role moving forward.
